    Job Description 12 MONTH DAY RATE OPPORTUNITY


    About Us:
    My client are a dynamic and growing utilities company committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.

    The team is dedicated to creating a productive and positive work environment, and we are currently seeking a talented Office Relocation Project Manager to lead and manage our upcoming office relocation project.

    As an Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing the successful relocation of our office.

    You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the move, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations, and delivering the project on time and within budget.

    This is a contract role compensated on a competitive day-rate basis.

    Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan for the office relocation.
    Manage the relocation budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
    Oversee the logistics of the move, including packing, transportation, and setup at the new location.
    Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
    Lead and motivate a project team to achieve successful outcomes.
    Ensure the new office space meets all operational requirements and is fully functional by the move-in date.

    Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with experience in office relocations.
    Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to office relocations.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

    Competitive day rate compensation.
