Overseeing the management of a person-centred residential home for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs including challenging behaviour, you'll lead the staff teamin ensuring people's aspirations and lifestyle choices are met.

The Registered Manager key area's of responsibility;

Inspiring, leading and managing the staff team
Monitoring business performance, working within the designated budget
Ensuring that the home is meeting the CQC KLOE's and maintain their current outstanding rating
Using your creativity to develop standards in the home, always looking to improve outcomes for people that disabilities there
Ensuring the premises are well maintained, homely, comfortable and that the environment promotes the wellbeing and dignity of the residents

What we're looking for;

Experience as a Registered Manager / Home Manager / Service Manager of CQCregulated services for people with learning disabilities and complex needs, either residential care or supported living
Passion and commitment to driving high standards of care
NVQ4 / QCF 5 in Health and Social care Leadership
Full driving license and own vehicle
