Description
We are currently seeking an experienced, charismatic and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to work closely with the owner's team of experienced professionals.
The successful candidate should have extensive managerial experience, know how to train and motivate a team and be extremely detail oriented.
This is a great opportunity to join our growing team in a very hands-on role.Responsibilities:
Manage restaurant service staff to ensure customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsible for the quality of the food placed on the table.
Handling customer complaints and requests for information.
Handle food waste, loss and breakage properly.
Manage restaurant kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Monitor financial performance of the business.
