As a Community Manager, it is your responsibility to interact with and look after the Nexus Mods community and understand the needs and wants of the various smaller communities within.

You will need to have your finger on the pulse of the Nexus modding community, the general gaming modding community and the wider gaming industry so you can fully represent us in all those spheres.

As an advocate for the community, you will provide the "community perspective" when working together with the Design, Web, or Vortex (our mod management tool) teams on projects, to help steer the development of our platform.

Nexus Mods is home to millions of pieces of content. Our vision to "Make Mods Easy" requires a constant overview of content being uploaded to the platform.

In addition to core community work, this role will be heavily focused on ownership of incoming content moderation reports and inboxes.

You will have ownership of the community moderation inboxes. This includes reported content from mod pages, images and collection uploads. You will also be the community owner of account fraud detection.

You will also own and manage aspects of our site-wide policy and communications and act as a main point of contact for our volunteer moderators.
