    A prestigious international asset management firm seeks an institutional Client Service associate to bolster the EMEA Client team. The role includes providing assistance in sales support and client service across the entire client lifecycle. Proficiency in various active alternative asset categories, including systematic and discretionary public equity, fixed income (both long-only and hedge funds), private credit, and real assets, would be greatly advantageous. They require a fluent Italian speaker.

    The role:

    • act as primary contact for client inquiries
    • maintain CRM system and coordinate reporting to senior management
    • assist in projects impacting existing clients and strategic initiatives
    • manage all client onboarding process and coordinate various client-related activities
    • customized reporting and any bespoke reporting
    • managing any client projects, and creating a network internally to obtain any relevant client information.

    The Candidate:

    • Experience in various alternative asset classes
    • At least 2-3 years experience in asset management, client service function
    • Personable, proactive, intelligent.
    • ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
    • Microsoft skills, familiarity with Salesforce and other sales management tools a plus
