We are currently recruiting teaching assistants to work in Primary schools in Coventry that we have worked alongside for many years.

We are looking for hardworking individuals who are passionate about supporting children within the classroom.

To become a Teaching Assistant with Aspire you will need;
 Experience working in a similar role.
 Good communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team.
 Show integrity and initiative
 Have a flexible positive approach.
 References to cover 2 years.
 Complete an enhanced DBS check/Have DBS on update system.
