What we're looking for....
***We're currently looking for a HR Business Partner Support to join our busy HR team, where they will work closely with the HR Business Partners to support people initiatives within GBRTT. This will include driving forward our approach with key topics such as employee engagement, induction, training, performance management and line manager upskilling. The HR Business Partner Support will also be supporting our Equity, Equality, Diversity Inclusion (EEDI) Project Managers as we build the EEDI strategy for GBRTT, and GBR.
As a HR Business Partner support, you will also play a key and pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of people processes within GBRTT, helping us to continue being a great place to work and enabling our employees to focus on driving forward the business objectives.

The People Team are committed to providing a trusted and personable service to our client areas in GBRTT.
This role sits in the wider People Culture team, focused not only on supporting GBRTT day to day but enabling the transformation needed for Great British Railways.

- Strong customer service values and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ideally experience of working within a large, complex and fastmoving organisation.
- Passionate and action driven about Equity, Equality, Diversity Inclusion.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills with the ability to collate and analyse data.
- Relevant skills required for supporting the delivery of HR and EEDI initiatives and projects.

Fixed Term Contract and

12 months (with the possibility of an extension)
