    A brilliant opportunity has arisen at Stoke City Football Club for a Partnerships Sales Executive to join the commercial department at an exciting period of growth.

    Reporting into the Partnerships and Advertising Manager, you will play an important role in generating commercial revenue via the sales of regional partnerships, sponsorship and advertising - All of which provide the perfect platform for businesses of all sizes to showcase their services and offerings to a vast and engaged audience on a consistent basis, all whilst forging a close association with SCFC.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Identify and proactively source new leads, approach, and successfully develop in order to achieve agreed sales targets.
    • Managing and growing existing relationships with clients to drive incremental business.
    • Negotiating terms of sales, agreements and closing sales with customers.
    • Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to encourage them to make a purchase.
    • Proactively responding to inbound enquirers in a timely and professional manner. Converting enquiries into sales by gathering information, discussing packages, emailing quotes and follow up calls.
    • Managing the renewals process by supporting customers to re-purchase.

    Key Skills and Experience:

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to engage and build rapport with key stakeholders.
    • Ability to remain positive in challenging situations.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Proficient IT skills.
    • A successful track record in sales is desirable.

    You will be available to work evenings and weekends to cover match day fixtures and events as required. The position will be offered on a full-time basis. All relevant training will be provided.
