Meraki Talent's industry leading Financial Services client are looking for a Corporate Actions Analyst in Glasgow to join a busy Investment team going through a period of growth.

The Corporate Actions Analyst will be a critical appointment and therefore we are keen to speak to high-calibre individuals with Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions experience.

Responsibilities of the Position:

Processing stock notifications and issuing relevant event information to Front Office
Collation and processing of client elections within market deadlines
Processing outturns of stock and cash to client portfolios ensuring CGT is taken into account.
Investigation and resolution of stock and cash breaks
Assist team with the completion of statistics and daily tasks associated with Corporate Action functions and requirements, including regular liaison with Investment Front Office for remediation and query resolution.

Background of the Position:

Significant settlement operations experience gained within financial services
Corporate Action including new issues experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders across the business
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Minimum basic level Word and intermediate level Excel
