    We have an exciting opportunity available for a IT Infrastructure Engineer tojoin our Liverpool office . You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits.

    As our IT Infrastructure Engineer , you will proactively configure and administrate the UK Server Infrastructure. Ensure all Server Hardware and Software issues are efficiently managed through to resolution.

    Provide L2 / L3 Support and technical guidance to Local IT in the UK and Europe region, also advising on HO and security standards and monitoring compliance.

    The company also has a balanced approach to cloud computing so this role will also assist with Cloud computing, so is a great opportunity for someone willing to progress their IT skills into Cloud computing and support the infrastructure hosted within this environment.

    As this role covers European agencies, occasional travel might be required to the company's UK & European offices.
    Your responsibilities as our IT Infrastructure Engineer will include:

    Building and maintaining Servers in a Virtual Environment
    Building and maintaining Server Infrastructure that supports the Virtual Environment
    Pro-actively monitoring and administrating the Server Infrastructure and Virtual Environment
    Assisting with the migration of some on-premise servers to the cloud environment
    Supporting and maintaining the cloud environment for application servers
    Building concise and thorough documentation for Server and Application installations
    Providing technical guidance/support to IT projects
    Providing hands-on Server and Application support when necessary
    Adhering to corporate IT security standards
    To become our IT Infrastructure Engineer, you'll need:

    Microsoft Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022
    Good understanding of Physical Hardware and DataCentre environment
    Knowledge of Cloud computing (AWS / Azure) - desirable
