    Primary Teacher

    Are you a KS2 Primary Teacher in the South Yorkshire area and looking for the next step in your career?

    Would you like to progress your KS2 primary teacher skillset in a school which believes that all children have the right to develop their talents through the highest quality of education?

    We have an exciting opportunity to begin after the Easter holidays in one of our partner primary schools based in the Barnsley area. They are looking for a full-time KS2 (Year 5) primary teacher to join their vibrant and nurturing school with an excellent reputation both within the locality and across Barnsley.

    Primary Teachers of all levels and experience will be considered for this role, including ECTs.

    Primary Teacher Responsibilities the school are looking for:

    • Good working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
    • Have experience of planning and delivering quality learning experiences for all pupils
    • Hard working and wish to develop their pedagogy and skills so that they positively impact on children s learning, progress and attainment.
    • Able to show the commitment required to work in partnership with parents/carers
    • Excellent communicators with well developed interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
    • Follow school policies and procedures with regards to safeguarding and behaviour

    Primary Teacher Requirements:

    • Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent (QTS)
    • UK experience as a primary teacher
    • An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to complete a new DBS
