Sullivan Brown are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Coach to join our SaaS client.

We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative Sales Coach to support our clients' internal sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


Training and Development:


  • Deliver comprehensive training interventions to enhance the skills and knowledge of software sales professionals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, product updates, and market dynamics to ensure training materials are uptodate and relevant.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans.

Coaching and Support:


  • Provide oneonone coaching to sales professionals, offering guidance on deal strategy, objection handling, and negotiation techniques.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by offering continuous support and feedback.

Metrics and Reporting:


  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to assist in achieving the team's KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports on team and individual performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in software sales would be beneficial.

Previous experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.

Strong understanding of the software industry, market trends, and customer needs would be advantageous.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


Additional Information

  • This role will sit in the learning team, will report into the head of learning but will work closely with Sales Manager and Head of Customer Success
  • Agile with the ability to utilise multi coaching methods.
  • Provide actionbased coaching.
  • Remote working with occasional travel to Penrith
  • Salary £35,00040,000 DOE
  • Hybrid

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
