    As part of the International Rewards Centre of Expertise team, the Compensation Manager will support the management of international cycles, processes and projects to support multiple business units across EMEA, LATAM and APAC in alignment with the global compensation strategy.

    As a functional and process specialist this position will partner with the local HR teams providing advice and direction on the delivery of compensation initiatives and ensuring adherence to policies and processes.

    This role focuses on high-level analysis and implementation/execution.

    Execution of all aspects of compensation strategy: compensation model calculations and monitoring, offer adherence to guidelines, salary increases, incentive plans, compensation initiatives communication, compensation policy implementation and salary surveys data submission with BUs.

    Collaborate and, when needed, challenge local practice to improve the way we do things.
    Support the development and implementation of zone rewards communication plans (merit cycle, salary adjustment, inflation, salary ranges, compensation heat map, KPIs target setting, etc.) - point of contact for advice and guidance to HR local teams and the business on salary queries, including offers, promotions and merit review
    Support with research, analysis and recommendations for compensation programs to meet identified organization objectives and needs

    Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators for compensation: Compensation Model - generate monthly Comp Model Deck for performance reviews; Rewards Projects Completion.

    Assist on job grade evaluation - evaluation for positions up through middle management using Hay Methodology, preparation of job slotting initial assessment with documentation, consolidation of positions banded (create and automate routines and controls.

    Support Rewards Performance Reviews from business units - Facilitate meetings, sending templates, notes, define guideline for analysis and give training to local teams.

    Support Rewards Data Governance - Manage system approvals within defined range for new hires, promotions, compensation and position changes; Creation of onboarding material for new rewards team members and training delivery – including rituals, routines and cycles (compensation model target setting and monitoring, base salary review, market data submission, monthly performance review, approval matrix, market trends analysis, etc.).

    Bachelor's Degree, ideally with a concentration in Business, Human Resources Management, or other Human Resources related field
    Specific EMEA, LATAM or APAC experience would be highly advantageous
    Strong numerical and analytical skills (advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is essential)
    Knowledge of Workday and compensation vendors (WTW, Mercer, Hay, Aon, etc
    This position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; Hybrid working (3/2)
