A busy role - working with Senior Management to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, it requires the attention to detail, accuracy and pace that you would expect at this level, with a fantastic benefit package and working platform for the successfulapplicant to genuinely make a difference.
Key duties include:
- Process monthly payroll for all employees. Help coordinate office events and meetings, general calendar management and booking meeting rooms.
- Support with travel and accommodation bookings.
- Perform routine in house building inspections, tests and drills, maintain first aid station, ensuring stocks are suitably maintained and paperwork is readily available.
- Manage office facilities and ensure they are in good working order to include dealing with regular suppliers of goods and services including cleaner, waste collection, window cleaner, ensuring that the services are delivered to agreement and the companyis receiving best value for money.
- Maintain stocks of consumable items such as stationery, cleaning materials and refreshments.
A demanding environment, but an ultra-fulfilling opportunity to work with a friendly and dynamic team, this role is seen as business critical and will absolutely require previous experience of a similar role.
Knowledge of facilities management is also key here, as the rolewill involve dealing with maintenance companies, and arranging third-party fire inspections.
