    NIGHT MANAGER, FRASER SUITES EDINBURGH

    What you will be doing as a Night Manager;

  • Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. You are the manager on duty at night
  • Provide leadership and support to all members of the team, ensuring they are equipped to fulfill their duties whilst being the Management representative during these hours.
  • You will assist the Front Office department in all aspects including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing and payroll in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate competition of the daily night audit in a timely fashion & oversee the preparation of daily summary reports.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping department to improve guest service and foster cross departmental communication.
  • Always maintain a professional and high-quality service orientated environment.
  • Ensure a warm welcome and a pleasant farewell to all our residents and guests
  • To assist with luggage, requests and genuine hospitality at all times.
  • To check in and out guests and residents
  • To ensure the lobby and general areas are kept clean and presentable at all time.
  • You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills, being able to lead and inspire people to be their best. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service who will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion – to create memories that our guests will remember. You have a hands-on attitude with attention to detail and experience in working in the Front Office Department. If you are an excellent communicator and problem solver this role will help you develop these skills further, bridging communication between customer and management.
