Do you want to join a dynamic Contract & Quality Team, working with service providers who support adults to lead happy and healthy lives?
We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in adult social care.

We passionately believe that people should be supported to exercise choice and control over their lives, which is vastly improved when they are aware of what support is available to them.


Our team supports a range of social care providers to develop personalised support which ensures that the person's voice is central to all decision making.

This role will provide an opportunity to join this team, with a main focus of ensuring the services we manage are appropriately advertised to both professionals and members of the public.


  • Assist with the administration of a highquality information resource using the Connect to Support (CTS) platform, which assists people to access information, advice and resources to maximise their independence and wellbeing.
  • Assist with the maintain the CTS platform to support the local care sector across the district.
  • Assist the Contract and Quality Team in their intelligence gathering and support to the Care Sector.

You must have:


GCSE Maths and English at Grades A-C, or equivalent, or be able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy through assessment before interview.

Experience of working with web-based information platforms and IT/digital solutions.


The applicant will be required to provide evidence of having previously spoken fluently in English in order to meet the lower threshold level for customer facing roles.
