The Tudor Barn in Eltham, requires
experienced bar and restaurant supervisors to work in our busy event and restaurant environment.

The duties for this role will include managing our on shift team, ensuring excellent service is provided to our customers in a polite and friendly manner, food service, clearing, bar service, events set up and take down, ensuring service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.

Other duties will include cashiering and stock management.

Shifts

General opening hours 11:00 - 24:00 Wednesday to Sunday and staff are expected to cover varying shifts across these times.

Polite and friendly
Good Customer Care skills
Neat and tidy in appearance
Awareness of Hygiene standards
A 'can do' attitude, prepared to help out the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner
Able to work in a busy environment
Good communicator with fluency in English
