My client is one of the UK's leaders in fire protection services, offering a 3rd party accredited service to works on fire doors and fire stopping in social housing and occupied premises.

To be considered for this role, you will need experience of working in fire protection / social housing contracts, be able to show a good working knowledge of monthly reports, be able to work to tight deadlines, and have extensive commercial management experience.

You will be a good all rounder with experience of commercial management through to estimating / pricing.

You will be expected to take projects from award to final pricing, report CVRs / forecast, manage sub-contract accounts, produce applications for payment, measure / price and evaluate tenders and cost management.
