- Able to develop, test, and deploy customisations, integrations, and new functionality within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Providing technical support and guidance on Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Understanding of the finance and operations business processes.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to travel to White City, London for next day meetings
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development.
- Strong knowledge of X++, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O integrations and data migrations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or related field) or equivalent demonstratable experience
- An analytical, lateral, and proactive, inquiring thinking style
- The ability to lead from the front in a hands-on, practical manner
- The ability to align with and contribute to a small, focussed team quickly
