    As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to ensure the highest quality food preparation, presentation, and service.

    Oversee and participate in food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and standards.
    Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
    Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    Assist in menu planning, development, and modifications based on customer feedback, seasonal ingredients, and industry trends.
    Monitor food costs, portion control, and waste to maintain profitability while delivering high-quality dishes.
    Collaborate with the Head Chef and management to manage inventory and order ingredients and supplies as needed.
    Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation, conducting regular inspections and tastings.
    Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment.
    Passion for food and a drive to continually learn and develop new culinary skills.
    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
