    Description

    Red Recruitment 24:7 are thrilled to be working alongside a local Engineering company as they seek a Project Coordinator. You will be based at their head office in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking to take the next step in their career.

    As a Project Coordinator you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the office while providing support to the Project Managers and Engineers. This position offers excellent progression opportunities.

    General duties:

    ·General administrative duties and providing overall administrative support to the projects team.

    ·Manage incoming phone calls and emails.

    ·Raise purchase orders.

    ·Provide quotes.

    ·Ensure accurate records are maintained.

    ·First point of contact for incoming enquiries – both internal and external.

    ·Liaise with internal and external teams.

    ·Clear communication with external parties like suppliers or contractors.

    ·Support with meetings, take minutes and ensure everyone has the necessary information.

    About you:

    ·Strong MS Office skills – especially Excel.

    ·Administration experience.

    ·Friendly and confident telephone manner.

    ·Able to efficiently manage incoming calls in a timely manner.

    ·Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact & engage comfortably with individuals at all levels.

    ·Ability to organise & prioritise workload to deadlines.
