The Role

As a Technical Lead you will be not just a technical expert in Ruby but you will be a collaborator that is keen to engage with designing products and engaging with broader technologies that leverage data insights and AI.

You will be responsible for technical leadership to an offshore team and bring your knowledge of Agile development to enhance the speed at which products are delivered.

Working primarily on cloud technologies will mean you are integral to the businessessuccess.

You will be given the opportunity to upskill into new areas, above all, have the aptitude to pick up new technologies and understand how they can expand product offering and bring value to clients.

Role Responsibilities

Engage with senior stakeholders to build a broader technical roadmap that drives the business forward
Advocate a cloud first approach and scale their infrastructure.
Lead a team of onshore/offshore developers to create components that can be used across an evolving portfolio of products
Hands on engineering as a full stack developer and upskilling team members to ensure code is up to standard.
