    PLM Technical Specialist - EV - UK - £55k to £80kOne of my key clients in the EV Sector is hiring a PLM Specialist to be based at their site in Surrey or Warwickshire.

    EVResponsibilities:
    Implement, configure, and customize PLM solutions using 3DX and Teamcenter to support the organization's product development lifecycle.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design PLM workflows, data models, and configurations that meet business needs.
    Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PLM users, resolving issues and optimizing system performance.
    Lead PLM system integration projects, including data migration, interface development, and integration with other enterprise systems.
    Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials, to support PLM implementations and operations.
    Conduct user training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on PLM functionalities, best practices, and tools.

    Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in PLM, evaluating new features and capabilities to enhance our PLM environment.

    Participate in PLM system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to business operations.
    Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues, escalate support tickets, and implement system enhancements.

    Assist in the development and enforcement of PLM governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity and system security.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    Minimum of (3) years of experience in PLM implementation and support, with expertise in 3DX and Teamcenter.
    Proficiency in configuring and customizing PLM software, including workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
    Strong technical skills in Java, C++, or other programming languages for PLM customization and automation.
    Experience with PLM system integration, data migration, and interfacing with CAD and ERP systems.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to technical challenges.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
