    Salary:
    £75,000 - £80,000per annum plus attractive benefits package.

    They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the QSHE department.

    Develop and implement QSHE strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business goals.
    Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
    Drive continuous improvement in QSHE practices through data analysis and performance metrics.
    Collaborate with senior management to integrate QSHE considerations into business decisions and operations.
    Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    Develop and deliver QSHE training programs to staff at all levels.

    Mastersin Occupational Health and Safety , Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
    Professional certification in quality and/or health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
    Extensive experience in QSHE roles within a facilities management or related industry.
