Customer Service Coordinator


Location:
Sheffield


Salary:
£21,000 - £23,000 (performance increase when fully trained)

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (Office based role)

Adecco are delighted to be partnered with a world leading company based in Sheffield who specialise in high quality technical products and solutions.

Providing telephone and administrative support to customers and engineers you will be passionate about going the extra mile for customers and will enjoy building strong working relationships with customers and other key stakeholders.


Duties include:


  • Telephone office support within the service department
  • Scheduling and coordinating of engineer's diaries
  • Logging machine breakdown notifications from customers and dealing with customer queries.
  • Communicating regularly via telephone with Service Engineers, dealing with queries
  • Ordering parts where necessary
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • IT Literacy skills experienced using MS Office suite
  • Previous experience providing technical product support to customers is advantageous
