Adecco UK Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to provide support in the Planning and Maintenance team of a well-established Maintenance company in the Cottingham area.
Main Duties- Operation of the client portal systems
- Day to day liaison and updates with management team
- Liaison and organisational assistance to the maintenance team
- Ensuring that SLA and KPI's are exceeded through effective management of the booking system and available and external customers through effective communication reports
- Positively respond to both our internal and external parties
- Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard
- Actively participate in a diverse and effective team
- Previous Administration experience
- Up to date IT knowledge
- Excellent organisational and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience working within facilities management or maintenance planning would be beneficial
