Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for general administration tasks and providing support to our operations team; scheduling and planning reactive and maintenance drainage works for our nationwide customers.

Your tasks will include updating client portals, keeping clients informed about the progress of their drainage jobs, coordinating, and allocating jobs to our team of drainage engineers, answering telephone inquiries, managing various administrative duties, and ensuring efficient organisation of office operations.

The ability to communicate effectively, work well under pressure, and maintain excellent organisational skills is crucial in this fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
