- 3 years Setting experience.
- Level 2 Qualification in Polymer processing.
- Hands on Plastic Injection Moulding experience.
- Hands on Setting Machines/Operating/Tolerance Setting/Purge Control.
- Hands on Tool Changing.
- Knowledge of Polymers.
- Understanding of Single Minute Exchange of Dies.
- Ensure Lean Manufacturing is maintained at Company Standard.
- Safety Checking of Machines and updating Setting Sheets.
- Reading Technical Drawings.
- Be able to produce clear and precise documentation.
- Ensure a clear, smooth and precise handover to Setters arriving on the Day shift.

Description
Our great client in West Sussex is looking for a Plastic Injection Mould Setter to work on NIGHTS in the Injection Mould Shop and the class7 Cleanroom.
Injection Mould Setter (Permanent) Nights-£34-45K per annum plus a very generous holiday entitlement package (over 6 weeks holiday per annum)
4 Nights per week-Monday to Thursday - 8pm to 8am (12 Hour shifts) some flexibility on start and finish times (please ask)
