• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lifestyle Manager, Concierge, or similar role within the luxury service industry.
• Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to accommodate clients' needs, including outside of standard business hours if necessary.
