Project Coordinator
Job description:
Main accountabilities
- Create, monitor and expedite relevant internal transactions in a timely manner to ensure OTD to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure MEL is updated with current information and kept up to date.
- Create and task all SAP S3 notifications to support functions to initiate quote or execute work.
- Create Manual Requisitions for miscellaneous goods and services.
- Ensure proper control and efficient utilization of material, equipment, tools and 3rd party hires.
- Coordinate spare parts and free issue equipment to meet requirements of service order.
- Call off and coordinate rental tooling and ensure it is off hired in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control spare parts (including consignment) and manage discrepancies.
- Obtain price, lead time and expedite spares to meet requirement date.
- Receive parts in SAP through goods in process.
- Coordinate and control customer owned and free issued equipment.
- Create SAP delivery notes and pick list for all sales orders.
- Create, issue load out lists c/w shipping documentation (Customs, lift certificates etc.) and ensure all transport requirements are met.
- Liaise with customer to coordinate backload and communicate with supporting functions.
- Update and issue status reports, KPI's, stock, milestones, operation plans etc. as agreed to meet customer requirements.
- Liaise with Customers, attend meetings, maintain action lists and provide updates and reports.
- Assist with movement of goods around base

Qualifications and experiences
- HND/HNC and/or relevant project experience gained within the Oil and Gas/similar industry.
- Good commercial and contractual awareness.
- Financial awareness with respect to project activities and their cost impacts.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize in an effective and efficient manner.
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills.
- Team player, willing to work with and assist others.
- Good working knowledge of SAP.
- Customer support background in Oil and Gas.
