Salary: £25k - 50k per year

Sales Executive £25,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE up to £50,000) – Macclesfield – Monday to Friday 09:00 – 16:30/

We are working with an award-winning Advertisement company who are looking to appoint a proactive and tenacious Sales Executive to their growing team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the company's dynamic sales team within the Communications department. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients in the construction industry, promoting e-books that guide home improvements. Through effective communication and persuasive skills, you'll invite companies to advertise within these e-books, enhancing their visibility among local authority-building control teams nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

·Research, develop, and qualify leads to populate the sales funnel.

·Deliver a high volume of prospects through cold calling.

·Accurately input client information into our CRM system.

·Work closely with the sales team supervisor to forecast and communicate progress.

·Manage your pipeline to maximize conversion rates.

·Handle rejection positively and remain resilient.

The Person

·Natural communicator and team player with strong literacy and numeracy skills.

·Organised and able to complete tasks with precision.

·Experience with dealing with customers over the telephone

·Tenacious, highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.

·Have 1-2+ years of proven sales experience in high volume and/or new business sales.

·Experience with CRM systems.
