Hoop Professional Services has an opportunity for a talented and driven Project Support Administrator to join a global and leading organisation for a temporary period of 6 months, with a possibility of extension.

As a Project Support Administrator, youwill be working within the Project Support Function for the UK and supporting Project Administrators across the UK with varied administrative tasks as required.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is highly organised, possesses excellentcommunication skills, and is able to manage their own time and prioritise efficiently.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Project Administrators with various tasks, such as formatting, data input or analysis, and proof-reading of documents for publication.
  • Preparing and distributing project materials (e.g., presentations, progress reports).
  • Formatting and proofreading large reports.
  • Helping to set up project meetings, agendas, and record minutes.
  • Requesting utility searches for E&H portfolios.
  • Arranging and attending team meetings, to take minutes, and ensure appropriate facilities are organised
  • Organising, prioritising, and coordinating multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Providing bid support.
  • Organising complex travel.
  • Arranging and attending team meetings/conferences as required, to take minutes, and ensure appropriate facilities are organised.
  • Managing project invoicing and payments.
  • Performing ad hoc project support, as required.
  • Other appropriate duties as agreed with Project Manager.
