- Chasing rent arrears.
- Ensuring legislation is up to date.
- Issuing Section 8, 13 and 21 notices where necessary.
- 2+ years of Property Management experience in the residential sector.
- Experienced in managing a portfolio of 100+ properties.
- ARLA Qualifications preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Lettings experience preferred.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
