- Produce new pattern equipment from 2D drawings / 3D models including technical drawings.
- Competent at using Autodesk products such as Powershape, Powermill and fusion 360. Other CAD package skills can be transferred.
- Competent to produce products to a specific requirement and high standard.
- Conduct quality checks on completed designs to ensure accuracy and adhere to specifications.
- Using Microsoft office
- Reverse Engineering skills converting STL files from scan data
- Problem solve foundry/moulding issues.
- Conventional pattern making experience is advantageous.
- This role will require some hands on work from time to time.

- Must possess a recognized engineering apprenticeship or qualification with a technical certificate.
- Ability to read technical engineering drawings.
- Positive attitude to modern manufacturing processes.
- Experience in a CAD environment would be preferred.
- Patternmaking experience would be advantageous.
- CNC experience would be advantageous.
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
