We are looking for a creative andexperienced Senior Sous Chef to work our busy kitchen at our recently renovated boutique pub/hotel in the beautiful area of Rutland, The Finchs has recently been awarded a AA Two Rosettes and a 5 star Inn rating for the newly renovated hotel.
The Senior Sous Chefposition, needs an individual who can lead thekitchen team, in theabsence of the Head Chef.The Senior Sous Chef, will bring new ideas to the table and support the whole team in progressing the businessfurther.
About usOur family run business first opened its doors over thirty years ago. Since that moment, we have been striving to provide all of our guests with a memorable experience. We currently have two prime locations, and will be expanding our family further. As we will be opening new establishments in 2023/2024 and beyond. Our company is for someone who is looking to progress within the hospitality industry.

What we are looking for in our Senior Sous Chef
A creative individual is used to working in a busy kitchen
Experienced at Sous Chef level
High standards of hygiene (food safety / health & safety / COSHH laws)
Able to create a positive kitchen environment
Willingness to share their knowledge with the team, through training
