Maintenance Contract Manager

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Contract Manager to join and lead our client's newly mobilised maintenance contract.

This role presents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the contract from the beginning.

You will be client-facing, experienced at building and maintaining strong relationships, and possess the ability to accurately price additional works to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

As the Contract Manager you will be managing 2 Engineers and 1 Contract support
Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the maintenance contract, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, to ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively.
• Manage the day-to-day reactive maintenance as well as the PPM across the sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to achieving mutual goals.
• Utilize expertise to accurately price maintenance work, considering factors such as labor, materials, and overheads, to maximize profitability while demonstrating value to the client.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future opportunities.
