- Manage all aspects of the maintenance contract, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, to ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively.
- Manage the day-to-day reactive maintenance as well as the PPM across the sites.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to achieving mutual goals.
- Utilize expertise to accurately price maintenance work, considering factors such as labor, materials, and overheads, to maximize profitability while demonstrating value to the client.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future opportunities.
