Think Accountancy and Finance are working with a multinational business based in Watford in the recruitment of a Senior Project Accountant.

This role is an 18 month contract position so you will need to be available on short notice for the role.

This role is suitable for a Qualified / Finalist CIMA/ACCA/ACA Accountant who has good excel skills and is also highly motivated with a track recordof delivering good finance outputs.

The business offer hybrid working with 2 or 3 days in their office a week.

Key duties:

Building and managing key Stakeholder relationships
Ensure projects are set up correctly
Support the Operations team in the accounting and reporting of the sectors performance
Reporting and forecasting at month end
Management accounts
Cash and Working Capital reporting
Cashflow forecasting
Billing admin
Cost reports and queries
Manage all project costs are controlled
Review and report on variances
Reconciliations
Journal postings
Budgeting
Support review of project performance
Transactional support
Supporting audits
Process improvement
