AJ Chambers is delighted to be working with an exceptional West End firm looking to recruit an experienced and confident paralegal to join their team.

Key duties will be as follows:

Providing support to the property team

- running individual transactions with supervision
- drafting leases and associated documents
- carrying out searches, drafting reports on title
- preparing SDLT returns
- submitting forms to the Land Registry
- file opening and on-boarding
- dealing with post exchange and post completion formalities.
