- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Provide variance analysis and insights into key financial metrics to assist in decision-making.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate and lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in long-term financial planning and strategy development.
- Evaluate the financial impact of business decisions and provide financial guidance.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Be formally qualified - ACA, CIMA or ACCA
- Have proven management accounting and reporting experience.
- Be comfortable working on and improving ERP systems (Netsuite Oracle would be particularly advantageous)
- Have exposure to working with Private Equity, Venture Capital or Investment led companies, and be able to meet a range of reporting requirements.
- Base salary of circa £60,000 (Potential flexibility depending on experience)
