The business was established in 2003 and specialises in Gas Heating and Hot Water, Electrical Installation & Testing Works, Property Maintenance & Disabled Adaptations.
The Role
Gracelands CMS Ltd are currently seeking a Planned Works Supervisor with previous experience to oversee planned kitchen/bathroom & disabled adaptations installations in domestic properties.
The role includes:
- Carrying out surveys
- Creating materials lists for orders to be made
- Overseeing tradesman & works
- Carrying out Quality Control checks
Desirable skills/experience
- 3 years previous planned works supervisor experience
- Health and safety training such as Asbestos awareness, Working at height and Manual Handling (not compulsory)
- Basic DBS Check (not compulsory, as can be carried out before start date given)
- Full drivers licence
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
