    • Perm Service Coordinator required for Lisburn with an immediate start.
    Main Duties and Responsibilities Telephone call handling including responding to customer aftersales enquiries and complaints in a professional manner Co-ordinate, monitor and improve field service activities.

    Appointment scheduling, diary management and providing support and guidance to service personnel Preparation of service and repair quotations Sales & purchase order processing Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately Managing product administrative system.

    Working on own initiative as well as part of a team.

    All associated administration Full Product & Systems Training will be Provided Essential Criteria:
    A Level qualification or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel and the use of spreadsheets Excellent administrative skills Professional Telephone manner Strong customer service background Previous experience working in a busy commercial/Office environment Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative


    Desirable Criteria:
    Sage 200 Proficient Knowledge of ISO accredited quality systems Experience managing field servicing agents


    Salary:
    £ £15.38 per hr Hours of Work: 9.00 am 5.00 pm Monday Friday (1 hr lunch)
