- Partner with local leadership teams to understand business objectives, organisational dynamics, and talent needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across regions, while also addressing local needs and compliance requirements.
- Drive employee engagement and retention efforts through effective communication, feedback mechanisms, and initiatives tailored to the unique cultural and operational context.
- Lead or support various HR projects and initiatives.
- Proactively identify HR trends, issues, and opportunities and develop strategies to address them in partnership with local leadership.
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring adherence to relevant legal requirements and company policies.
- Support the recruitment process for key roles within the region, working closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
- Analyse HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational performance.
- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or similar HR certification (., CIPD) preferred.
- Progressive HR experience, including business partnering roles supporting multiple regions or countries.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and projects from concept to implementation, with a focus on delivering measurable results and continuous improvement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
