Description

Internal Projects Communications Manager (1 year FTC/Temp - 2/3 days a week)

Location:
Oxfordshire/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Project and Business Change Communications
Own internal communication review process for project specific updates project gateway
Work closely with project team to ensure status updates are delivered in a timely manner
Establish mechanisms for internal project updates in coordination with the ERP Implementation Manager
Work with the HR team to ensure correct distributions, content and messaging (consistent and appropriate to audience)
Build and own the internal comms plan to enable effective and highly engaging comms programmes
Work closely with corporate communications and wider IFS deployment team to keep brand messaging consistent across divisions
Effectively manage/interpret technical content of communications to be digestible for wider audiences
Secure necessary approvals within the business relative to all comms

Key experience:

Proven experience creating campaigns across online and offline channels, townhalls, road shows etc
Developed and delivered internal communications strategies, ideally within a multisite, matrixed environment
Experience managing technical information/technical project content
Experience procuring and launching internal communications change, particularly digital channels (intranet)
An innovative personality, willing to try new ideas to solve complex challenges.
A creative thinker, able to think outside of the box to problem solve communications challenges
