Service Delivery Manager
Cheltenham
£50,000 - £60,000 DoE
My client, one of Cheltenham's most established and sought-after employers are currently looking for a talented and experienced Service Delivery Manager.
You will be accountable for managing the service delivery for the company's business units and clientsby promoting continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the Service Providers heatmap scores
- Tracking, reporting, and managing all service metrics in line with SLAs
- Defining relevant service improvement plans (SiP) for any reliability issues
- Lead the service SMEs and IT service providers responsible for getting services delivered to the business units and clients
- Managing service budgets
- Actively managing the work order processes
- Actively supporting project delivery as required
Requirements:
- ITIL V4 Accreditation
- Strong client focus
- SDM experience within blue chip companies
- Operational knowledge including incident management
- Experience working with third party suppliers
- Previous management experience
