    At our GKN Filton site, we specialise in the design and manufacture of large complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic componentsand wing systems for a combination of both civil and military aircraft.

    We have an new exciting and career defining opportunity for a Manufacturing Tooling Engineer to join the team. The successful applicant will perform a variety of engineering duties in planning and modifying fixtures, tools and manufacturing processes.

    We're looking for someone with the ability to resolve production issues in a timely manner completing all documentation on assigned parts.

    Analyse Tooling process flows continually for the improvements of quality, cost reduction, lead-time reduction for new work
    Determine required material and tools to meet manufacturing demands
    Relevant plant tooling experience
    Proficient IT skills (ideally ERP system, Office packages etc)
