- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive drama lessons to students in accordance with the national curriculum
- Foster students' creativity, confidence, and self-expression through drama activities and performances
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse needs of students
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' performance, progress, and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to create enriching cross-curricular projects and performances
- Organize and coordinate drama clubs, productions, and other extracurricular activities
- Support and guide students in preparing for drama examinations or assessments
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Drama Education
- Proven experience in teaching Drama to primary or secondary students
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
- Passion for drama education and a commitment to nurturing students' creativity and self-confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver engaging lessons and manage extracurricular activities
