Location – Hatfield & gosfield
Salary a day
Days of work – 7 days a week for a minimum of two weeks at a time.
Hours – These vary by package and will include downtime.
Sonderwell is recruiting Live-In Carers to provide person focused care to our clients with Complex needs within their own homes.
You will be living with your client within their own home. This gives you the opportunity to really get to know your client and their families, providing full time care and support to help them live their best lives.
We are currently offering:
We have a robust and in-depth onboarding process whereas a new employee, you'll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.
Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You'll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at sonderwell Group.
Your ongoing development, whether it be studying for an NVQ, refresher or specific clinic training is invested in too.
What we require from candidates:
You will be spending your time supporting our young adult client with their daily routine across two locations which is at home and place of study.
