Band 3 Support Worker

Full time / part time, permanent roles

Possible 6 month secondment opportunity (see form attached)


Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are seeking innovative and passionate individuals who have experience of supporting individuals who have a learning disability and/or autism who are at risk of an admission to a specialist hospital due to presenting behavioural or mental health needs.


The team will work in collaboration with the individual, their families/carers, our Community Teams, Intensive Support Service, and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure that the person receives timely, evidence-based interventions.

Ultimately the primary goal of the team is to support people to remain living in their communities, avoiding inappropriate hospital admissions.


  • We are looking for full and part time applicants. Applicants need to be a driver with access to their own transport. Mileage expenses will be included as part of the role._
