Product Owner


Our client based in Hampshire is looking to recruit a
Product Owner.This is a Permanent role paying 55-65k pa plus bonuses and a fabulous company package.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with department heads, sales, technical support, offshore teams, and other stakeholders to extract and translate highlevel business and customer requirements into technical working documents and deliverables.
  • Own the product backlog, hold Agile ceremonies, and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company priorities.
  • Turn functional requirements into welldefined actionable user stories, broken down into workable and measurable tasks, along with the definition of technical acceptance criteria.
  • Collaboratively build a welldefined product backlog that is ready for development, promote constructive discussions with the teams to ensure class leading software functionality is provided to both internal users and public customers.
  • Work closely with the Head of Platform Delivery to ensure technical requirements and capacity are aligned with product and business priorities.
  • Actively review existing functionality and bring forward ideas to deliver an improved customer experience which in turn drives network utilisation.
  • Conduct customer journey workshops and the realisation of ideas generated from the sessions.

  • Analytical skills, independent, entrepreneurial approach, attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • 35 Years' experience as a Software Product Owner for in a fastpaced software platform delivery environment.
  • Worked on projects using Agile principles and processes.
  • Experience with Software Development life cycle tools such as Jira and Confluence.
