    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a Business Strategy Intern for a one-month period. You will help analyse our practises and data to assist with our growth strategy as we move forward.

    You will have the opportunity to work closely with leaders of the company, presenting findings and contributing to future planning discussions with our Chief Executive and our Founder.


    Role Responsibilities:


    Research and Analysis· Researching industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.· Analysing data related to the company's operations, financials, and performance metrics.· Analysing information to identify opportunities for improvement in management processes, efficiency, and overall business strategy.

    Data-driven Insights:· Creating reports and presentations based on data analysis.· Providing insights into KPIs and recommending actionable steps· Identifying areas where Principia can optimise its operations and enhance competitiveness.


    Market Research and Competitive Intelligence:

    • Monitoring industry trends competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
    • Evaluating the impact of external factors on our strategy.
    • Assisting in identifying potential growth areas and new business opportunities.

    Process Improvement:

    • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Proposing innovative solutions to improve overall business performance.

    Communication and Presentations:

    • Preparing clear and concise reports, summaries, and presentations.
    • Communicating findings to senior leadership.

    Strategic Planning Support:

    • Collaborating with leadership on business strategies and plans

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Currently pursuing an MBA or related degree in business administration.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Excellent communications and teamwork abilities.
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to strategic initiatives.
